• Lead, develop and motivate the store staff and act as an interface to the shop manager
• Act as a responsible partner for the customer
• Actively support the team in sales
• Responsible for the operational management of sales and operations process and responsible for the implementation of measures to boost sales
• Take care of optimizing the quality of our customer service and merchandise presentation
