JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The main activities:
- Prepare strategies for assigned brands to improve the perception of the allocated brands on the market
- Define objectives of assigned brands
- Prepare and execute "brand plans", balanced and effective marketing mix of allocated brands
- Analyze the results of brand, to prepare reports on their development based on market research and competitor activity and make recommendations for the future
- Develop the product according to market needs, trends and sales and strategic brand position in the market
- Prepare plans and designs for various marketing projects related to brand development and coordinate their implementation
- Evaluate brand activities accorded to stated objectives, compliance with the allocated budget and draw conclusions for the future
- Work closely with other departments within the project groups
- Cooperate with advertising, media and promotion agencies
- Replacement during maternity leave

REQUIREMENTS

Personality requirements and skills:
University focusing on business / marketing
Experience - min. 3-4 years in brand management (FMCG)
English - fluent written and spoken
PC skills - MS Office, Internet, Power Point
Driving license - B
Very good communication, organizational and negotiating skills, lively and easy-going
Creativity and analytical skills

HEINEKEN in Slovakia is more than 14 years the leader on the slovak beer market with a stable market share above 40 % and with approximately 700 emloyees. The company is part of one of the biggest brewing companies in the world – Heineken N.V. On the slovak market the company distributes the international brand Heineken, the slovak flagship brand Zlatý Bažant, other strong slovak brands Corgoň, Kelt, Martiner and Gemer, as well as other foreign brands Krušovice, Starobrno and Desperados. Except the investments to the brewery, HEINEKEN has also built in Hurbanovo the largest maltery in Central and Eastern Europe.
