Group event and marketing specialist

We’re currently looking for a talented and motivated Group Event and Marketing Specialist to join team for an international real-estate development company in Bratislava. If you have experience in event organisation, speak fluent English and would like to work in an international environment, then we just might have the perfect opportunity for you!

• Organisation and execution of group events
• Real estate trade fairs
• Planning and organizing active participation at four top real estate trade fairs in Cannes, London and Munich. Coordinating stand design, events on the spot and ensures smooth execution.
• Strategic coordination of inspirational conferences made by company for clients, partners and communities. Advisory position to local teams, coordinating event agency on a group level, creating group strategy of the event and sharing the knowledge cross countries, communication with international speakers, searching for ideas.
• Group events
• Planning, creating and executing events for clients who worked for us on the Group level as investors and bankers. Creating ideas in regards of internal client brief, searching for creative event ideas, coordinating agency and on site execution.
• Event Advisory
• Advisory to local marketing teams when organizing events. Ensure coherent style of events cross all markets and keeping our brand personality in all of them.
• Group marketing activities
• Co-creating and producing corporate collaterals – presentations, videos, printed materials, apps, content for corporate website, etc.
• Planning and budget creation
• Provides inputs and cooperates during the completion of the annual plan and budget for marketing activities
• Strictly follows and ensures compliance with corporate design in all marketing production activities
• Regularly monitors budget use (overdrawing, etc.) and immediately informs superior when required
