Your responsibilities:
* Manages internal transformation projects with a focus on process optimization and IT tool enhancements.
* Analyzes of business processes using IT tools.
* Collaborates with stakeholders across various departments to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
* Utilizes project management tools to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure project milestones are met.
* Drives the adoption of new processes and IT solutions, managing change effectively.
* Identifies improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions
* Facilitates training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes and tools.
* Evaluates the success of transformation initiatives, using data to guide future projects.
