Leading owner, manager and (re)developer of high quality shopping centres across Europe and Turkey is seeking Senior Lease Manager for CZ and SK based in Bratislava.
Your new role
You will coordinate and supervise the development of leasing and retail projects in Slovakia and Czech Republic, negotiate with tenants and Real Estate Agencies the best contract conditions and present the company projects to potential clients.
What you'll need to succeed
As ideally fitting candidate you should have proven track record in leasing activities in the shopping centre environment.
