Jr. Windows Administrator

We are looking for Junior Windows Engineer/Wintel Specialist with ca. 3 years of commercial experience. This role will be open in Prague and candidates receive information about the position, tasks and responsibilities during the selection process.

EDUCATION

Essential:
o Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in large scale enterprises.
o Microsoft certification on level MCSA related to Windows Server management (2003, 2008, 2012)
Desirable:
o ITIL v3 practitioner

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012) practical experience with Windows systems management, deployment, troubleshooting, change management and root cause analysis from large organization (permanent job, or long-term project).
Experience in Wintel area are necessary + ideally in combination with another technologies or areas (e.g.: Virtualization; Citrix; MSSQL; Storage; Apache etc.)
Must have understanding of aspects of ICT infrastructure technologies and have overview in areas: networking, security, storage and virtualization technologies (VMWARE ESX/Windows Hyper-V).
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and associated infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, Group Policies).
Knowledge of ITIL principles OR experienced in ITIL v3 processes (at least Change, Config, Incident) – beneficial
Experience from global projects and enterprise environment are beneficial.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English, other languages an asset.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
In context of IT service delivery is part of this work: creation of documentation, mapping of processes, communication with customer, participation in projects etc.
GxP environment experience will be beneficial
