For our significant client (oil & gas industry) we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of RECEPTIONIST.
Main tasks of successful candidate will be welcoming guests and answering telephone calls, communication and solving issues with customers, supplier management, providing support colleagues and different administrative tasks.

Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
An ideal candidate should have at least secondary education, good knowledge of MS Office and has at least 1 year of experience in a similar/other administrative position in an international environment. We are looking for a proactive person, very well organized and flexible who is not afraid of the challenge. Native Slovak and fluent English is a must, Hungarian an advantage.
