Responsibilities & tasks:
As a Team Leader you will be tasked with these three main responsibilities:
• Ensuring that the team output is at a predictable level over long periods of time
• Making sure that the team follows set technical standards
• Improving the team member's skills and abilities to ensure the team is ready for future challenges

Role requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
• Be competent in Java development
• Have experience with project management traditional or agile
• Be able to be both a good subordinate and a good supervisor
• Be able to lead by example
• Be able to cooperate well with application architects
