About the advertiser
The Bratislava office of an independent advertising agency network is looking for its local leader. The new agency is currently working on promotional leaflet design and pre-print production.

Essential Information
Operations Director directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the agency in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
Leads and directs the following functions: operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination, and agency promotion and communication. Assists the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth.
Job Description
Operations directors develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within a business, organization, or institution.
Specific duties include managing supervisory staff, planning budgets, reviewing expenses, cutting costs, monitoring inventory, and looking for new ways to increase profitability. Operations director also must demonstrate clear knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines within marketing and communicational industries.
Operations director is responsible for improving the productivity of the agency, must manage employees, be a good problem solver, and exhibit leadership qualities.
