Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our company is looking for an administration employee for our new office in Bratislava. We are in search for a person who will arrange and organize work of the office as we are starting our business in Slovakia.

Responsibilities:
- contact with employees,
- contact with office in Poland and Belgium,
- contact with institutions in Bratislava,
- documents organization,
- managing of an office,
- help with recruitment and hiring.

Information about the selection process

The recruitment process will consists of:
1. Selection of CV.
2. Skype meeting with chosen candidates. All conversation in English or Polish.
3. Meeting in Bratislava with candidates.
4. Selection of one candidate and signing the contract.
