Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
On this position you will be responsible for:
•Keep the stores in a good condition
•Arrange and maintain professional business relationships with outside contractors
•Order all needed supplies to the stores
•Control service payments
•Control the costs
•Control energy consumption and work to optimize it
•Communicate consistently with area team and store management teams to ensure good working relationships
•Visit new openings before staff enters.
•Perform technical walk through with project manager of new stores to ensure proper handover of all information - handover protocol
•Keep track of the maintenance level in existing stores
•Support stores in keeping routines for reporting malfunctions and repair needs
