- Job description, responsibilities and duties
- PURPOSES OF THE POSITION:
• Actively manage coop and sales out allowance to ensure tightly controlled; requires close liaison between sales, marketing and finance teams, with emphasis on accuracy and proactive tracking.
• Work closely with sales team in order to give intense support and backup on account management within the channel. Gain practical insight and knowledge of everyday management of customers.
• Manage and process all sales invoices, and provide sales reports updates on weekly basis.
• Assist with Range Reviews to ensure professional, welcoming environment for customers.
• Update customer contact list and be first point of contact for new customers.
• Assist sales team with customer presentations and on projects, and organise travel and agenda.

- Language skills:
English - expert (interpreting) and Slovak - native speaker - Personality requirements and skills
- REQUIREMENTS:
• High school or university graduate with 2 or 3 years experience in an international company
• Native Slovak speaker with fluent English
• Hungarian languages is a plus
• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and experience of SAP
• Driving license B
• Interest in sales and sales process is key, and aptitude for sales preferred
• Experience in a fast moving sales environment preferred.
• Responsive, professional, and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail and numerate
• Ability of an independent project leading
• Ability to think and act analytically
