Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Junior Business Consultant you will get a chance to participate on consulting projects at leading organizations performing in various industries and deal with on significant business issues . You will be given a unique opportunity to create, design and build new processes and business models and help clients integrate and operate them. Along the way, you'll get the opportunity to develop strong problem solving, leadership, and people management skills.
Your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself:
• Communicating with clients’ representatives, exploring their business issues and participating on their resolving
• Preparing solution proposals based on technical and functional user requirements and specifications as well as participating on preparation of such documentation
• Performing financial, business case or functional AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis
• Designing new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies
• Developing communications, training and job aids to assist in change management activities
• Project Management/Coordination of internal or external resources
