Job description, responsibilities and duties
As the Office Manager you are supporting the Office Director in handling, quality control and development of all administrative, financial and human resource related issues around the Slovak office.
Your main tasks and duties:
• Office Management (office equipment, insurances etc.)
• Implementation of simple accounting operations (dealing with invoices, cash book, preparation of the documents for our accountant etc.)
• Administrative tasks related to human resources
• Proposal and ongoing controlling of overall budget
Required competencies and skills:
• Education in administration/finance/HR/controlling and/or relevant job experience
• Fluent Slovak and English both written and orally
• Advanced user of MS Word and Excel
• Accuracy, reliability and detail oriented skills needed for the administration part of the work
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills to support the day-to-day needs of the office
• Positive attitude towards the Greenpeace way of work and belief that the environment needs to be protected

We are offering a part-time position (20 hours/week) based in Bratislava with a flexible working time.
