Job description, responsibilities and duties

As the Digital Campaigner you are a permanent editor of Greenpeace webpage (Planet 3 CMS) as well as a person responsible for designing and implementation of online communication with Greenpeace target groups (incl. newsletter, social networks, blogs etc.). You are a key player in creating and implementation of online campaign strategies to support our environmental campaigns and fundraising.

Information about the selection process

We are offering a challenging job with a huge field opened for your creativity and innovations. Full time job based in Bratislava involves working on online projects for Greenpeace Slovakia as well as other Greenpeace offices in Central and Eastern Europe. Salary starting from 1.100 € gross/month, based on our salary system and your competencies and experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required competencies:

• experience with digital marketing campaign optimisation, including search marketing, email marketing and landing page optimisation,
• passion for the online marketing space with a solid understanding of interactive marketing channels (search, online media, website development, etc.) and direct marketing principles,
• hands-on expertise with analytics implementations, including Google Analytics,
• knowledge of Adobe CS Version 3-5 Web edition, XHTML & CCS, JavaScript/jQuery and Web 2.0 features (esp. online social platforms),
• knowledge of web designing and programming,
• good communication skills and ability to adopt text for online publishing,
• fluent in English and Slovak,
• organisational skills and experiences with managing of projects,
• creative and innovative thinking,
• sense of teamwork,
• flexibility and willingness to travel,
• positive attitude towards the Greenpeace way of work and belief that the environment needs to be protected
