Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Active account management
*Prospecting of new potential clients
*Detailed knowledge of competitive set
*Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
*Meetings with local clients
*Detailed knowledge of all services provided by the Hotel and all relevant facts and figures of hotel
*Identify key strategies and tactics (in accordance with the business plan) for the regional segment in order to generate incremental income
*To represent the hotel on Trade Market
*Attend trade shows, sales blitz, workshops, etc. in the assigned markets
*Execute sales actions within set cost budget structure
*Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining an annual sales action plan and execute set actions accordingly.
*Understand, and follow the Company Sales Vision
*Adhere to the Corporate SOP’s.
