Description:
Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
· Practicing GCCL values
· Providing professional food and beverage service for approximately 20 to 24 persons in restaurant and lounge area
· Responsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room area
· Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
· Relieving Restaurant Manager during his/her absence
· Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
