Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support with hiring guides based on company values, skills, and experience
• Drive achievement of excellence goals through coaching and performance management over the phone, via Skype, and in person on the road
• Schedule guides based on past performance and company needs to achieve quarterly goals.
• Cooperating with the operations team to improve the quality of itinerary & features of our tours
• Administrative duties; scheduling, reporting out and action plans
• Leading meetings, interviews and training sessions

• Previous experience in training, coaching and/or managing people (Travel sector is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
• Proven ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect
• General administrative skills including working knowledge with databases and Microsoft Office
• A self-starter who is able to prioritize projects based on the needs of the business
• Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks
• Ability to travel up to 10 days a month and willingness to invest in longer work hours
• Dependability, candor, strong work ethic, time management are all pre-requisites
• Previous experience in training, coaching and/or managing people (Travel sector is an advantage)
