Job description
- Providing regular sales and booking updates to Hotels, Ships and suppliers (control and maintenance of internal reservation system, pre-season planning of services according to contracts and budget, communication of changes during the operating season, airport arrival and departure assistance and transfer arrangements)
- Providing Tour Guides with all documents and information required for the tours (budget sheet, flight lists, detailed itinerary, guest lists, etc)
- Supporting Tour Guides and Ships during the tour by phone, email, fax in all operational issues
- Resolution of day-to-day issues during the tours and communication with Head Office in the USA (changed flights, guest cancellations, quality complaints, itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances/emergency situations)
