Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for talented and experienced DB2 Administrator with solid Linux knowledge.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• DB2 performance monitoring,
• DB2 installation and configuration,
• DB2 administration,
• workload management of ABS DB2 reflecting SLA,
• monitoring concurrent DB2 usage,
• session control during release-updates to avoid downtimes,
• DB2 migration/cloning (backup-restore strategy),
• implementing new DB2 builds from development/ABS core,
• documentation maintenance.
