Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for delivery and implementation of biometrics product to our international clients
- Preparation, installation and configuration, setting up functioning infrastructure, administration (Linux, Windows, installer, monitoring, logs, notifications, remote management)
- On-site and remote support of key customers
- Monitoring of existing systems
- Cooperation on creation and improvement of rules and procedures of effective administration of environments on which our products are running
- Cooperation with colleagues from the team (consulting and engineering)
- Depending of the needs of our clients also training in the area of product administration
- Travelling will be a considerable part of the work (circa 50%)
