Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your role would be:
• Improving the quality of enterprise search service that supports the employees in finding relevant information
• Providing consultancy for index optimization, search engine tuning and improving the usability of the search user interface
• Monitoring and evaluation of the user search behavior/search preferences by analyzing statistics, search logs and user feedback
• Education of content providers in how to publish content to make it findable
