Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Preparation and development of the regular group reporting/KPIs
• Responsible for the preparation and the correctness of the internal monthly and yearly group closings/group profitability analysis
• Analyzing and explaining deviations between actuals, budget and previous years
• Discussions with country managers of subsidiaries to gain understanding of performance
• Further development of controlling tools and processes
• Supporting and preparation of various Projects
• Ad hoc and variance analysis

Required skills:
• Relevant experience, ideally in an international working environment
• Knowledge of IFRS combined with full / part qualified ACCA is of advantage
• Knowledge in MS Navision or other major ERP is of advantage
• Excellent knowledge in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Fluency in writing and speaking in English as English is the daily work language (successful candidate should be able to gain full understanding of the topics discussed and be able to handle email communication)
• FMCG or e-commerce /retail experiences would be an add-on
Bonus skills:
• a number-crunching person with a very analytical spirit
• autonomous, independent and structured
• highly motivated and able to handle stress
• flexible and willing to work in a very changing and challenging environment
