• The jobholder successfully delivers support services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis.
• Will work with the team and customers to improve existing reports and develop new ones.
• In addition involvement in smaller projects and initiatives, providing technical and business related expertise to these initiatives and provide input into continuous improvements of internal support processes, tools and infrastructure.

• At least 3 years’ work experience in an international accounting environment, preferably in the insurance industry or consulting firm with sound financial accounting background.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA is a must.
• Ideally some implementation experience in SAP BW/BPC/IP.
• Experience in working closely with IT development teams would be an advantage.
• Customer oriented, flexible person, can do approach.
