Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Unix Project Engineer, you take over responsibility for the delivery of excellent Unix services towards the trade customers managed by your team. This includes the lead or participation in technical projects, consulting and development of standards in your area of expertise as well as the delivery of support services.

Personality requirements and skills
• Must have hands-on experience performing system maintenance on any systems requiring security updates, patching, and upgrading
• Must have knowledge about SNMP, Netflow, Sflow, Spanning, vacl and TAP technologies.
• Must have knowledge about network ports and transport layer protocols (UDP, TCP) and its implications for firewall rules
• Must have hands-on recent experience with Unix/LINUX.
• Must have clear communications skills in English and be able to work in a global setup with a virtual team distributed across the globe
