- Full responsibility for product development within customer, legal, timing and costing expectations as well as internal processes
- Project engineering cost budgeting and cost tracking
- Relevant project reviews planning and product development status checking
- Resource planning - building organizational capabilities
- Communication of project related topics to customer, suppliers and development team
- People leadership and people development
- Performance goals setting and evaluation
- Best business practice sharing

- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Relevant work experience and skills in automotive, product design
- Leadership skills – experience with leading of team
- Analytical thinking, customer oriented approach and result delivery
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility in travelling abroad
- Fluent English and/or German
