IFRS Consolidation specialist

- preparation of consolidated financial statements
- understands key business models, proactively seeks to improve and simplify processes where necessary
- communicates with external tax and accounting advisors
- internal project participation: tax planning and structuring, transfer pricing, mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions of new projects, disposals of subsidiaries
- consider relevance, completeness and correctness of accounting and business data's

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- university degree in finance or accounting
- fluent English
- deep understanding of Accounting
- min. 2 years experience in Complex Accounting
- big4 auditor or Consolidation experience advantageous
- knowledge of consolidation principles would be a plus
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the Group
- knowledge of IFRS and Slovak statutory accounting regulations

Salary depends on Seniority level (Salary in advertisement refers to Senior big4 auditor or Consolidation experienced candidate)
