ICT administrators and ICT monitoring operators are needed in Kosice

Scope of employment:
- Investigating and diagnosing network problems.
- Collection of IT usage statistics.
- Providing recommendations when it comes to improving the organisation’s IT systems.
- Configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Assisting co-workers with everyday IT needs.
- Monitoring of the IT Systems
- Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
- Lead design and deployment of servers, networks, directories, backups, personal devices and other hardware
- Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software
- Document system performance, bugs, debugging, and program requirements
- 24/7 support

We are looking for Skilled ICT admins and monitoring specialist from all of IT Services fields, like DB, OS, System, Application, Networks etc.

Suitable candidate should have:

- Advanced English
- German Language is a plus
- At least 1 year of Experience as Support Specialist, Held Desk, Administration
- Experience oriented on Networking/ Systems/ Applications/ Database/ Processes and other IT Solutions
- Experience in providing of 1st, 2nd or 3rd level of technical support
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is welcome
- Motivation to be a part of dynamic international IT company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
