Finance specialist- o2c

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international SSC company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation and maintenance of credit assessments; Order processing;
- Evaluation of trade partner, their credit limits, payment terms and methods; master data management
- Monitoring trade partner payments and past due amounts
- Collection of due and past due amounts and cash allocation; Insolvency procedures; Insurance of AR
- Analysis of doubtful accounts; and suggesting solutions to participate on Global Revenue
- Cash applications and accuracy of payment posting, Forecasting and short term AR plan preparation
- Reporting and participate on closing activities

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University degree in Economics or Financial area
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on relevant finance position
- Understanding of Accounting principles, experience with field of controlling or accounting
- Perfect communication skills written and spoken
- Innovative and proactive with good organizational & time management skills
- Self-motivator with the ability and confidence to work independently and to strict deadlines
- Analytical approach/good problem solving skills and strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Knowledge of SAP – advantage
- Fluent English
- Second foreign language skills ( Portuguese, Spanish, Italien) is a plus
