Application Support Engineer (senior)

We have a challenging position for quality oriented professional, who will be responsible for services in online transactions system. In this company you can focus on perfect service delivery and complex analysis.

Duties:
- Responsible for 2nd level support for application services
- Manual and automated deployment of SW releases
- Analysis of complex problems and incidents, troubleshooting
- Contribution on data analysis, configuration and provisioning
- Responsible for monitoring options (SCOM)
- Specificate and process operational management tools (SPLUNK)
- Cooperation on ITIL processes

- Senior experience on 2nd level IT services
- ITIL foundation certificate
- Skilled in automated and manual service deployment
- Knowledge of Microsoft server OS and Load Balancers
- MS SQL or ORACLE
- Experienced in networking and TCP/IP
- Nice to have: web services, scripting and basic programming skills, LINUX systems
