Team Leader Accounts Payable

Brand new SSC in Bratislava is looking for AP Leader. Grab this chance to be part of great german company with nice set up and complex roles.

- fully responsibility of your AP team (technical support, leadership, HR relevant agenda, workload scheduling)
- contribute to continuous improvement of AP stream
- participation in global level projects
- motivation and development of your AP team
- SLA and KPI understanding
- assistant in the implementation of any changes initiated by Company Process Experts

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria :

- Leadership experience min. 2 years
- Ability to motivate your team in a right way
- AP process deep knowledge (previous experience as an AP accountant)
- Experience in SAP IT tool
- Be familiar with SSC environment
- Fluent English speaker
