Finance analyst O2C

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation and maintenance of credit assessments; Order processing;
- Evaluation of trade partner, their credit limits, payment terms and methods; master data management
- Monitoring trade partner payments and past due amounts
- Collection of due and past due amounts and cash allocation; Insolvency procedures; Insurance of AR
- Analysis of doubtful accounts; and suggesting solutions to participate on Global Revenue
- Cash applications and accuracy of payment posting, Forecasting and short term AR plan preparation
- Reporting and participate on closing activities

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in Economics or Financial area
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience on relevant finance position (Accounting, Controlling, Audit)
- Fluent English is necessary (written and spoken)
- Second foreign language skills ( Portuguese, Spanish, Italien, Mandarine) is a plus
- Experience with international company is an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation
- Overview in Economics and Financial area
- Advanced level of Excel
- Well organized and detail oriented kind of person
