Finance manager (us working time)

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company. Our client is looking for experienced Finance Manager.

As a Finance Manager of OTC (Order To Cash) department you will be responsible for:

- Managing, motivating and developing Team Members
- Monitoring the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
- Set-up of Team Structure
- Achieving financial targets
- Ensuring ethical and accounting principle compliance
- Ensuring that external partners and regional partners receive accurate and on-time information

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Min 6 years of experience in the Accounting department
- Min 2 years experience with leading of the team
- Advanced level of English language
- Able to work in US working time (13:30 - 22:00)
