Indirect buyer

Responsibilities:

- Managing purchasing of indirect material, packaging material, services and manintenace spare parts
- Processing PO´s (Purchase orders) on the bases of plant´s needs (individual departmetns create Purchase requests)
- Selection and evaluation of suppliers
- Negotiation with suppliers (about conditions od cooperation, prices etc.)
- Ensuring suppliers with necessary ISO certification
- Reporting

Requirements:

- University education (technical or economical is advantage)
- 1-2 years of professional experience with purchasing
- Experience at production company - advantage
- English - fluent in spoken and written
- French is an advantage
- SAP - inermediate
- MS Excel - intermediate
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Analytical, structured and result-oriented thinking and acting
