Communicate with Customers on Social Media in English and Russian

If you are an avid user of social media and like to communicate with people, come join a customer care team in an international company where you will have the opportunity to make use of your problem-solving and language skills on a daily basis!

Your daily activities will include:

- Managing communication with customers in English and Russian language
- Providing complex solutions
- Client support on social media and via chat or email
- Entering data in internal databases

- Communicative level of English and Russian language
- High school or university education
- Experience with social media is an advantage
- Working experience in customer service is a MUST
