Scope of employment:

- Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
- Lead design and deployment of servers, networks, directories, backups, personal devices and other hardware
- Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software
- Document system performance, bugs, debugging, and program requirements
- Act as helpdesk for users
- Support of technology solutions, infrastructure management processes and telecommunications
- Everything according to SLA

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Fluent English language
- At least 2 year of Experience as Support Specialist, Held Desk
- Experience with Active directory is a MUST
- Experience oriented on Networking/ Systems/ Applications/ Database, Processes and other IT Solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
