Master Data Specialists Wanted!

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company which is starting a new finance center in Bratislava!

Your responsibilities as a Master Data Specialist will be:
- Execution of complex tasks in daily Master Data operations for the following process areas:
- Perform business partner maintenance
- Manage Travel & Expense related master data
- Verification of changes in bank account data
- Perform Anti-Fraud review
- Ensurance of the understanding and compliant service delivery across company entities of agreed policies and procedures
- Understanding of service level agreements and key performance indicators for Master Data related processes
- Contributution to the continuous maintenance and the update of Master Data
- Achievement of performance and quality standards
- Assistance of the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency of the Master Data management, etc.

The Specialist for Master Data serves as competent support to the operations of Accounting and Master Data maintenance in standardized but complex process steps.

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree (Bachelor) or adequate competence
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of Master Data
- Some experience in Master Data processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Procurement- and Finance & Accounting end-to-end processes.
- User experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools (such as excel, MS Access, etc.)
- Good analytical skills in business processes and strong service orientation
- Ability/willingness to travel for a longer period
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of German language is advantage
