Finance manager

As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for a management of team of F&A professionals, their couching, motivation and development. You will drive performance to achieve key performance indicators.

You will also be responsible for process improvements and process harmonization and effectively managing changes. You will manage work flow efficiency and handling escalated customer concerns resulting in a high-level of support and superior customer service.

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Min. 3 years of experience in management of finance
- Fluent level of English language
- People management, process proven management and project management knowledge
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills
