Team leader - finance and accounting

Strong international company focusing mainly on financial operations internationally is currently looking for candidate with team-leading skills and experience in finance.

Main responsibilities of successful candidate will include:

- Leading of accounting team responsible for Branch Accounting, controlling of financial statements, reporting to local statutory team
- Booking of movements on accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts, MEC closing activities
- Participation on Finance projects, ad hoc tasks
- Constant work on process improvements to ensure highest department effectiveness
- Monitoring and collection of key performance indicators
- Reporting of assigned data groups

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in Finance/Audit/Economics
- Minimum 3-5 years of team-leading experience in finance
- Deep knowledge about accounting
- Business proficiency of English language
- Multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
