Our client – a stable and successful company is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who is willing to develop further in this area.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Processing and calculation of monthly wages in the accounting system
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
- Monthly reporting activities
- Preparation of documents for Social Insurance and Health Insurance

Requirements

The candidate should have:

- University degree in Finance or Economics
- 2- 3 years of experience of processing payroll in international company
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Advanced level of English
- Deep knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
