Finance analyst for reinsurance business

Job scope:

- You will participate on building and centralization of FP&A agenda in Bratislava and ensure services on global level
- Regular managerial reporting of results to headquarter and other management
- Ad hoc support other teams
- Quarterly and yearly closing documentation review, reconciliation tasks
- Planning activities and monitoring of budget, costs and revenues
- Variance analysis and presentation of discrepancies
- Implementation innovations and improvements of processes

The suitable candidate has:

- University degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
- Over 3 years of EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE ANALYSIS
- Perfect level of EXCEL (pivots, lookup functions, VBA is a huge advantage)
- PERFECT LEVEL OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- Other language is a plus
- Previous experience in financial services preferable
- Proactive personality
