Regional manager for sales and marketing initiatives - fmcg

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for preparation and fulfillment of area business plan in cooperation with leaders of respective business segments
- Responsibility for correct implementation of approved marketing and commercial strategies in order to fulfill the business plan
- Responsibiity for deploying the top-line plan into partial commercial activities
- Responsibility for proposing communication chanells, models and processes of commercial activity apllication
- Responsibility for preparing and monitoring budget
- Responsibility for detailed analysis and data processes in order to evaluate effectivenes of perfomed commercial activities
- Indirect coordination of the team (sales representatives, sales leaders)
- Training and coaching of the team in order to develop their strategic thinking and ability to think out of the box
- Training of business partners in relation to sales processes and strategies
- Reporting
- Place of work: KOŠICE

Requirements:

- University education in the area of marketing / economics / management
- Min. 3-4 year experience in the are of sales and marketing (FMCG is preferred)
- English – C1
- Advanced PC skills
- Active driver
- Project management skills
- Proactive approach
- Analytical type
- Organization skills
- Dynamic personality
