Our client, big international company is looking for customer service oriented candidate. Send us your CV if you are patient, client oriented person you are ready to take up the responsibilities in the field of customers service. You will perform daily tasks such as:

- Technical and functional issues support
- Daily communication with clients via telephone or email regarding their requirements and cases
- End to end administrative process fullfilment
- Identifying suggestions to minimalize the amount of support requests

Requirements

Requirements:

- English language (C1)
- French language (B2)
- Experience with customer care at least 6 months
- Resistant to stress situations
- Be able to provide good quality customer services
