This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established international company as the ORDER ASSOCIATE SPECIALIST.
Your tasks will include:
- Responsibility for local backlog & distribution management
- Act as a main interaction point between Carriers, Factories, Sales and Customers
- Daily e-mail and phone communication with clients, both indirect and direct
- Preparation of expedition of orders in cooperation with Logistics, Sales, Finance and other departments
- Providing customers with adequate information on their order status
- Work with internal tools and systems
- Invoicing
- Reporting
- Finding solutions in various customer queries

The succesfull candidate should meet the following criteria:
- ENGLISH and GERMAN/RUSSIAN/NORDIC language skills on an ADVANCED level (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in transport coordination, order management or administration
- Good communication skills
- General PC skills (using level of MS Office suite)
- Customer focus is a MUST
- Logical approach
- Team player
- Priority setting
