German speaking lead accountant

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position PURCHASE TO PAY TEAM LEADER. This is a unique chance to join stable and fast growing IT company. If you speak German fluently and you communicative English send us your CV.

You will be responsible for:

- Leadership of team of AP accountants (5-10 members)
- Their coaching and ensuring continuous personal development
- Create clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team
- Ensure efficient communication within the team and outside
- Performance quality controls (KPI, SLA)
- Communication with business departments on process problems and works on their resolution
- Identification of process improvement and drives their implementation
- Cooperation on group-wide projects
- Ensure the relevant work manuals for the team are created and regularly updated

You should meet the requirements:

- University degree in finance/economy
- Min. 3 years of experience in accounting department
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of GERMAN and communicative level of ENGLISH
- Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- SAP experience is advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivating personality
- Assertivity and flexibility
