Job scope:

- communication with corporate clients abroad
- support related to unresolved items and payments
- daily phone and e-mail communication in English and Spanish
- setting up credit limits for business partners
- sending reminders to clients
- administrative tasks, work with internal database
- reporting activities on regular basis

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

- active level of English and Spanish
- previous experience in administrative/customer care is an advantage
- basic knowledge of accounting/economics/finance areas
- independent approach
- good communication skills
