Our client offers you the opportunity to prove yourself and extend your skills at the position Junior Coordinator with FRENCH and ENGLISH language.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assistance to the client manager
- Supporting Client Managers with reports
- Preparing visits to clients
- Administrative support regarding tools, records management and processes
- Assisting in the planning and reporting process
- Enforces and keeps guidelines throughout all treaty businesses including archiving and storage planning
- Coordination with client markets related functions

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree (Economics - preferred)
- Previous administrative work experience is needed
- Advanced knowledge of English and French language
- Initiative approach
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team player
