Manager responsible for group reporting

Production company operating in FMCG field is looking for suitable candidate for the position MANAGER (group reporting).

Main responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of analysts
- Leading all accounting and related reporting activities
- Finance consolidation
- Ensuring accuracy and timely manner of complex company reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses
- Identification of all financial KPIs of company
- Monitoring financial performance of region / country
- Regular coordination of balance sheet reconciliation and review
- Setting up treasury functions, participation on liquidity and risk management
- Increase efficiency of reporting and other processes
- Participation on centralization of accounting processes

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s degree in accounting/business controlling/economy
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (business controlling/ management accounting/ complex financial role with focus on accounting coordination, reporting, etc.)
- Excellent level of English (other foreign language is big advantage)
- Deep knowledge of accounting and reporting processes
- Experience with international accounting standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in very dynamic organization
