Cs representative with french and english language

Do you speak fluently in English and French? We are currently looking for bilingual people with motivation to develop further in customer/client care for our client providing tax refundation services.

Your responsibilities would be:

- providing complex and proffesional solutions for clients regarding tax refundation process
- validation of incoming documents
- communication in French and English language by e-mail or phone
- cooperation with team and internal departments
- be an active part of process improvement

We are looking for candidates with:

- fluent knowledge of English and French language
- dynamic and assertive personality
- detail-orientation
- client/customer care orientation
- previous working experience from customer service is an advantage
