What can you expect:

- Active communication via various social networks in foreign languages
- Providing customer support and other information regarding the tax refunds
- Receiving requests from customers interested in the tax refundation
- Solving difficulties which occured while the refund process
- Evidence of contact details and communication with client in internal database
- Working in an international, young, dynamic team
- Internal communication with members of team and other departments

Who are we looking for:
- Person experienced with working as social media representative (min. 6 months)
- Spoken and written knowledge of Russian and English – proficient level
- Person who is interested in the field of taxes and international business
- High school or university education
- Technically oriented person
